Help Me Grow Washington Pregnancy + Postpartum Family Resource Navigators provide compassionate care coordination and connection to social services, treatment, and recovery supports for pregnant and parenting families with a newborn or infant. Our team of specialists helps families navigate resources beyond the healthcare system, so you can focus on providing the medical care they need.

We support families with:

• Mental health and substance use treatment and recovery support
• Parenting support and early childhood resources
• Basic needs such as food, housing, and transportation
• Health insurance enrollment and benefits navigation including After Pregnancy Coverage
• Plans of Safe Care (POSC) coordination when applicable
