If you are pregnant, parenting, or caring for a newborn or infant and using substances or in recovery, you are not alone.

Our Pregnancy + Postpartum Family Resource Navigators listen without judgment and help you find care that meets you where you are.

We can help you connect to:

  • Baby supplies, food resources, free or reduced-cost health insurance, housing options, and transportation
  • Substance use treatment programs
  • Peer recovery support and parenting support groups
  • Mental health support, including postpartum depression and anxiety care
  • Free or reduced-cost health insurance and healthcare for you and your baby
  • And so much more

There are no income requirements and no pressure, just support. We’re here to walk along this path with you.

  • How can I access your services?
    • Click “Get Support Now”
    • Call the Help Me Grow Washington Hotline at 1-800-322-2588 and select 2 to be connected to a specialized Perinatal Substance Use Support Resource Navigator. 
  • Do you assist clients in person?
    • No, we assist our clients virtually through call, text and email. We can serve Washington residents, statewide.
  • What do you consider as a substance?
    • We consider the full spectrum of substances, including both prescribed and non-prescribed medication with abuse potential, Medication Assisted Treatment, illicit substances, alcohol, cannabis and nicotine. If you are unsure, we encourage you to submit a referral or call the Help Me Grow Washington Hotline and we will assist you regardless. 
  • Do you have specific funding for housing or financial assistance?
    • We do not at this time. We will attempt to connect you with any available housing or financial assistance.  
  • Do you assist families who have open/closed Child Protective Services (CPS) cases with resource navigation?
    • Yes.
